About the job
The position is based in the Singapore office which is located along Orchard Road, in the heart of the City State. You’ll be joining a young and dynamic team of people coming from seven different countries. English is the working language at the office.

You’ll be in charge of all the advertising monetisation strategy which is the main revenue driver for the company. Working closely with the engineering team, you can propose new solutions and improve the current way of how we’re displaying advertising. On the business side you can build new partnerships with ad networks, private markets place (PMP) and other key players.


  • Grow the overall advertising revenue of the app
  • Improve the ad spaces performance (Design A/B tests, try new formats,…)
  • Manage the relations with our existing partners (Google Admob, Facebook Audience Network,…) and build relations with new partners.
  • Propose new tools, processes and partners to increase the overall performance of advertising
  • Report the performance and drive the analysis of the ad revenue in order to identify growth opportunities
  • Support the direct ad sales teams in Malaysia and Indonesia


  • Experience in mobile advertising and monetization system
  • Understanding of how ad mediation works
  • Experience with Google Admob and DoubleClick AdX is a plus
  • Relationship with the mobile advertising eco-system, ideally with Ad Networks and agencies
  • Ability to work in a very high growth and cross functional environment
