Established in Singapore in 2009 by a former Google Engineer, Bitsmedia develops and publishes Muslim Pro, the world leading Muslim mobile application with over 70 million downloads and used in over 200 countries. Headquartered in Singapore, we also have regional offices in Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur.
The Customer Care Officer is the first point of contact for the Muslim Pro users. You’ll be handling email customer support, answers on social media channels and app store comments for our Indonesia-speaking users. You will also participate in the translation of the Muslim Pro contents in Indonesia and any other adhoc tasks required by the team.
You’ll be joining the Customer Support Team and will be working closely with the other Customer Care Officers for other languages as well as our Quality Assurance team. English is the working language at the office.
This position is part-time (4 – 5 hours a day) and based in Singapore. You will have the option to work from our office along Orchard Road, in the heart of the City-State or remotely. You will also have to attend the weekly meeting to catch-up with the team on the latest updates and developments.
