French Customer Care Executive (Part-time)

Headquartered in Singapore, we also have regional offices in Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur.

Job Description:

The Customer Care Officer is the first point of contact for the Muslim Pro users. You’ll be handling email customer support, answers on social media channels and app store comments for our french-speaking users. You will also participate to the translation of the Muslim Pro contents in French.

You’ll be joining the Customer Support Team and will be working closely with the others Customer Care Officers for other languages as well as our QA team. English is the working language at the office.

This position is part-time (3 hours a day) and based in Kuala Lumpur. You will have the option to work from our office in Common Ground Bukit Bintang or remotely. You will also have to attend the weekly meeting to catch-up with the team on the latest updates and developments.


  • Handle email customer support (Zendesk)
  • Reply to App store reviews (Google Play store and Apple iTunes App store)
  • Reply to comments on our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
  • Translate new and existing Muslim Pro contents to French


  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Good writing and email handling skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Meticulous, independent and efficient in handling customer support enquiries
  • Familiar with Social Medias platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
  • Basic knowledge of the mobile apps eco-system
